On Christmas Day I fell due to black ice. I fell right on my tail bone with excruciating pain. I literally sat in the er for about 7 hours before I was attended. Front desk is rude beyond measures. It's a horribly short staffed er for such a growing community. No organization what so ever. A trip to geisinger in wilkes barre and back would've been a shorter trip to the hospital.

A lot better than St. Luke's on Hamilton St. in Allentown. Staff is so much nicer, rooms so much better, hospital so much cleaner and so on. They just seem to care more and had better technology. They did good
