Great place. Thoughtful, caring, super medical team. Nice place to be taken care of in an intimate setting.
ER room is a joke! Took my wife there New Years day with Extreme headaches and vomiting and she has a brain bleed risk that I told the check in person. They were so complacent about that we sat for almost 40 min. until a nurse saw us and then after some vitals were taking we waited another 30 min. to go in to room which turned out to be a bed out-side a room. She do not get iv or meds until almost 9:00. Unbelievable that she did now hemorrhage and die! After a cat scan they found bleeding in her brain! Thank God she is OK!! ... read more

Ended up going to the ER on New Years Eve for my wife's gallbladder to be removed. The staff was pleasant and responsive, quickly too. The only problem I encountered was walking past a patients' daughter. A self-entitled and very rude person that was upset because of a nurse following protocol. She was upset that they asked her Father a question and wanted him to respond instead of her... really... It's such a thankless job to begin with working as a nurse/doctor then to put up with people that treat the hospital like it's a... read more
On Christmas Day I fell due to black ice. I fell right on my tail bone with excruciating pain. I literally sat in the er for about 7 hours before I was attended. Front desk is rude beyond measures. It's a horribly short staffed er for such a growing community. No organization what so ever. A trip to geisinger in wilkes barre and back would've been a shorter trip to the hospital.
