Fantastic Friendly staff! They were kind and very helpful. We are from out of town and just landed at DFW from a trip out of the country where my son had gotten a middle ear infection. When we walked into the office the young lady was very kind and met us with a smile. Told her our predicament and I only had a passport and insurance card, she said no problem. took no time to get to the exam room. the techs were amazing. I was in the room for a while but the doctor explained that he was waiting on the orthopedic specialist to further examine my xrays. Almost like he knew I was wondering why it was taking so long. but still, the staff were awesome. If I could make that team my regular provider, I would.

Got me in right away and very friendly Will definitely use them again
I went here yesterday and there was no wait, very clean and I had to have an IV and blood work done and Kaity stuck me one time and it didn't even hurt and she took good care of me and Dr Richard Jackson was very nice and explained everything to me. Wonderful people and hopefully won't have to go back but if I do I know I'm in good hands.
I had an injured knee that was swelling and getting red. I had no wait whatsoever in the outer waiting room. Staff was extremely efficient with everything. Dr was pleasant and thorough, as were all the technicians. I had an X-ray and left with a prescription for an antibiotic. I would not hesitate to go back!!
I took my mum from Scotland to the Urgent care it was a very good experience all the staff were helpful and professional Very satisfied with the care she was given I would recommend this urgent care with no problem
