I went in with a possible break in my wrist . Needing an X-ray. In extreme pain it still took forever to see a doctor . When I did he seemed more concerned about going home at staff change then my wrist. Said he would get me something to ease the pain and an X-ray. Which took forever. Finally got my pain pill and waited for an x-ray and waited again for the doctor. Finally he came in and said it was definitely broken. Said they would put a splint on it and to go to a orthopedic surgeon ASAP . That was the last time I saw him... read more
They were honest about being unable to solve my problem and handled all arrangements to transfer me to HEB ER. Staff was courteous and compassionate.

Prompt, efficient, professional and extremely nice and caring!! Have never had to wait very long (but we go before school is out)! Truly, I probably pass 3 other Urgent Cares & will only go to Legacy on N. Tarrant & Davis. Every single person that works there is personable and friendly. Best of the best!
