I came in somewhat panicked because I knew I had a blood clot. My father has had DVT before, so my nerves were pretty high. The staff members at Legacy ER were calming, attentive, and very informative. Dr. Covington was willing to walk me through potential options. Dr. Jackson provided respiratory therapy while awaiting results of chest X-Ray. Didn't have to wait long!
I was there yesterday and got tested positive for Flu. Everyone was amazing! It was fast, everybody was friendly and attentive and Dr was knowledgeable and I never felt rushed. He took the time to talk to me about my condition, pros and cons of taking anti viral and how to prevent spreading to others and my family. I’ll definitely be using them in the future for myself and my family if needed. They see kids as well. Excellent service!!
