It's unfortunate that we will not be going back after 12 years because of the level of service we have received this past year. We ADORE Dr. Trites, but the nurses and dr.s we've seen recently have been unknowledgeable and I feel like it's become more about making money than treating sick kids. Wait times are often miserable (especially if you're waiting for vaccines and the dr. forgets to order them in the computer.)
