I strongly regret hiring Five Leeds Roofing Company. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and frustrating. They missed multiple scheduled appointments without notice, and communication was consistently poor — I had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates.
The experience from start to finish was uncomfortable. The surveyor was aggressive and pushy, trying to upsell services I clearly didn’t need. When I questioned the pricing, he became defensive and borderline rude. Not how you treat customers. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
The repairs looked fine at first, but within a few weeks, the same leak returned — and even worse than before. Had another roofing company assess the situation, and they said the work done by Leeds Roofing Company was substandard and rushed. Now I have to pay twice to fix the same problem. Avoid them.
I hired Leeds Roofing Company for a roof repair, and they left the job half-finished. Several tiles were still missing, and they never returned to complete the work — despite multiple calls and emails. It’s been over a month now. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
After the job was done, I was charged significantly more than the original quote with no explanation. When I asked for a breakdown or receipt, I was told it would be emailed — but it never came. Reached out several times and got nothing. Very dodgy way of doing business.
