Ruined my hair asked for brown semi perm and came out black then when I called to fix it they used bleached shampoo and it damaged my hair. Also chai was bad mouthing me with client while I was there so rude and disrespectful never again.
Absolutely wonderful experience, especially with it being my first time going to a hairdressers! I went in after work 1 day to have a consultation with Lee, who was very helpful in discussing different ideas and teaching me about various things hair-related, which definitely has helped develop my understanding and appreciation for hairdressing. Asked for one type of haircut and got something different. Never had this problem asking for this cut at any other hairdresser… Nice enough people but know your job.
