He was very understanding and helpful. We loved the Journey and decided to purchase it but wanted to do it the following morning. We traveled over 100 miles to purchase a Ram 3500 from CDJR Crestview. Staff is awesome! We will absolutely purchase from these guys again.
They sell you crap vehicles and then you have to wait 6 months for them to be fixed even though they knew Of the problem before they sold it. They are just out for your money, recommend Allen turner and I had very bad experience there as well from people just being stupid.
My husband had horrible experience at this dealership. They sold a truck right out from under him. He was working a deal and they never called him back. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Shady Shady!!!

Johnathan was amazing, attentive and very guinuine. I really appreciate that he was real and didn't sugar coat anything....just gave us up front pricing and helped us to qualify for the MOST INCREDIBLE TRUCK ever for my husband. Definitely appreciate that we were not pushed to buy but given every opportunity to qualify. Seriously an amazing dealership, we are very happy!
I recently purchased my first car, a 2016 Jetta, from Erik. I highly reccomend Erik! he was patient, attentive, never pushy, and did everything in his power so I could leave that night with my car, including staying well past closing! He even followed up with a sincere thank you note including a few details I casually mentioned in conversation!
