This place is absolutely awful. the sales department has repeatedly disappointed us. Whether its false advertising, lying, or just being rude. Fortunately, we went to Hill Kelly to purchase 2 vehicles. We tried this week, since they have new owners. Same games, same lies, same rude behavior. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership.
Our salesman Johnathan Womack
For the second time in as many years our salesman, Johnathan Womack, got us into the vehicle we wanted. This time it is a brand new Bikini Blue Pearl Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Johnathan got this sale really for one reason. He goes out of his way to keep in touch with his customers both new and old. He called us on my birthday just to say Happy Birthday, no sales pitch. We however were like since we have you on the phone....which led to him getting this sale. Thank you.

Very disappointed in this car dealership and their values. They have falsified information to us, including the finance consultant. Would not recommend!
Overall my car buying experience with CDJRF of Crestview was great. I didn't feel pressured by the team which made the negotiation process enjoyable (that's hard to do)! Jonathan W. by far has been the best auto sales consultant I've worked with over the years in the car buying process. He's personable and friendly and he clearly aims to establish a relationship with with his clients. Bottom Line: I recommend the CDJRF of Crestview team and working with Johnathan to buy your next car. You won't be disappointed.
