How do you show up at 7am for an oil change and the line is already a five hour wait!!!!!! Omg gets ridiculous. Make appointments.... won’t get my business

When you tell a customer the car will be ready - then have it ready - don't lead them on and keep your vehicle for 2 days
This location will nickel and dime you. Their staff is extremely rude. When I brought my car in to trade and asked them to work with me they finance department tried pushing me into a warranty package and wouldn’t even tried selling my a car. I went out to the Fort Walton location where they were very receptive and courteous. They worked with me to get a trade in and always exceptional when I bring my car in. Dropped off my truck for an oil change with an appointment at 8:30. Waited over an hour for a process that is advertised as express and wasn’t supposed to take more than 20 minutes.

Johnathan was awesome, very respectful and willing to help! We wanted to upgrade our 2017 to a 2019 and he made it happen. I would send anyone asking his way. We laughed and joked while waiting for everything to come back. Micheal was great as well, they worked deals for us to make everything work. This is our second purchase from them and we would be return for another 💯 percent! These guys can make anything possible and have high respect for military!
I dropped my truck off this morning for my 8:30 appointment. It was supposed to be ready by 9:30. I went to pick it up at 2:00. It was not ready! The service guy went to check on it. He came back in and said it will be ready in 10 min. I asked what do you mean 10 min. It was supposed to be ready at 9:30. In short we then argued and I was told that I could take my business elsewhere from here on out. I will do that. FYI I had this appointment for 1.5 weeks. TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! GO TO HILL KELLY FOR GOOD SERVICE.
We had a couple warranty issue completed by the service department and they were fantastic! Bret did a fabulous job getting it right.
