went to change my oil and Crestview did last. Did not change the oil filter or did they even put on in it 🤨
I just purchased a used vehicle from here. My salesman was Chris Holderness and he made the process as painless as I've ever experienced at a dealership. He was extremely responsive and did everything he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Time was an issue for me, but he didn't let that stop us from getting it done. Highly suggest dealing with Chris!
I drove 1 hour each way to look at a vehicle. It turns out the vehicle sold "30 minutes " before I got there. A phone call or text would have been nice from you.

By offering Oil Change Appointments. Not everyone has the convenience of being able to wait in line. There are people that actually work where an appointment would be helpful.
I bought a used Jeep from this dealership on Monday. On Thursday the temp dropped and I found out the heat didnt work. Blowing cold air. Now I didn't get any extended warranty but they give you some 90 day limited warranty, very limited it turns out. Of course it wasnt covered. My point is they say on all used cars they sell and they even have you sign it that they have done an inspection on the vehicle.
