I have a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica that is complete trash. No one there is helpful and literally trying to beat around any bush of helping your customers. I’m so disappointed in your service. I will never return & will definitely spread the word not to shop there. I bought a van because I have a large family, you’ve left us stranded & even though I have proof something should be covered your saying it’s not. You’ve got the worst service I’ve ever seen. Complete liars.

Ford of crestview That is run by step one This is one of the most Horrible car lots ever I highly recommend that you bypass this place on go to a different one I would give them 0 stars if I could management sucks My experience with them was terrible and if I was to try to list everything that they messed up this would be the never ending post do not use these people you will regret it they dont care about you or Customer service
WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. THEY GAVE ME I WILL SAYING THAT THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF THE WINDSHIELD THAT WAS CRACK ON MY 2018 CHRYSLER PACIFICA I HAD BOUGHT WITH THEM ON 08/05/19. ITS ALREADY BEEN ALMOS A YEAR AND HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM, EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER CHRIS GARRET HE WOULD NEVER PICK UP AND ALL THE VOICE MAILS I HAVE LEFT HAVEN'T BEEN RESPONDED. DEFINITELY I WILL TAKE THIS TO CORPORATE I THINK I GAVE THEM PLANY TIME AND COULDN'T GET ANY ANSWERS
I bought my first brand new car from here. I love my Jeep! I got a 2020 Jeep and they were realistic and optimistic about helping me finance my car and helping me get into my dream car. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.
