Lady was very kind and accommodating for me, highly recommended to anyone. Cheap prices as she is shutting shop soon but was an amazing experience for me even though it was very past minute with me having my wedding next month
Drove an hour for my appointment and the owner didn’t show up or communicate that she wasn’t going to be there even though she booked me in. Waited for an hour along with another customer who had been waiting for their appointment too. Phone went straight to voicemail & there was no response to my messages. Total let down. It’s not like I’d come a short distance, or come to try on any old clothes… a wedding dress try on should be a special occasion but this experience has really left an awful impression for me. If I could give minus stars I would. The only thing I can say to other brides is please avoid this shop at all costs unless you want more stress adding to your wedding planning. The store owner has absolutely no care that your wedding is a very special day for you and almost goes out of her way to make sure she can spoil it in some way. **TERRIBLE SERVICE - AWFUL COMMUNICATION** I booked an appointment to try on some dresses on the 29th of November. Due to personal circumstances, the owner cancelled my appointment 2 hours before we were booked in. I was understanding on this occasion and gladly rescheduled for the following Tuesday (06/12) at 3pm. We live an hour away from Le’adornments Bridal so it isn’t a quick journey to make.
