Die Lage ist zwar super, mein Zimmer ist auch ok, aber was das Personal im Hotel durchgehen lässt, ist wirklich unter aller Sau. Die Gäste sind extrem laut. Musik wird nachts auf voller Lautstärke gespielt. Unterhaltungen finden auf dem Flur statt, während die Zimmertüren offen sind und die Musik dadurch noch lauter dröhnt. Die Gäste schreien auch auf dem Flur und im Treppenhaus. Die anderen Gäste schaffen es auch nicht, die Zimmertüren normal zu schließen. Location is good. Rooms aren't clean enough but bathroom was clean and new. You only get this much for that price.

Very poor level of cleaning. At my arrival in the room I noticed the bed was full of hairs and stains on the pillow and sheets. I reported at the reception and she asked me to wait there while she changed the bed sheets. It was clear that the sheets had not been changed after the last guest. This is not hygienic at all! I was disgusted. Also, dusty shelves and mould in the corners of the shower.

Stay here all the time for work, forgot my physically bank card and they wouldn’t let me stay because I only had Apple Pay! Disgusting Ville, Disgusting!!!
