Impossible to book an appointment. Tried booking online and received an automated email to say the appointment isn't confirmed until you've spoken to someone on the phone. Called every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day for over a month unable to get through to anyone.

I have been calling the number I was given trying to book a bridal appointment for a week but no one has ever picked up the phone.

I was almost put off going by the other reviews but honestly had the most lovely experience! No photos allowed but you can understand why, given how stunning and unique the designs are. The lady was so kind and helpful and drew a pencil sketch of my top three dresses at the end so I could remember the details, which I thought was such a wonderful personal touch.
