I just did a nail take off for 12 pounds, the entire process, they didn’t sanitize their tools! After asking for alcohol, the lady did spray but I left as soon they took off the shellac, as I couldn’t bare for the nail treatment — traumatized.

I had the pleasure of having Jessica do my mani-pedi and shellac removal, and she was absolutely wonderful! She listened so carefully to all my requests and made sure everything was just the way I wanted. I couldn’t recommend her enough thank you, Jessica, for such a lovely experience!

the nail technician she was young and lovely very talented however when i first asked for the price the older man with glasses said it would be cost me only £65 - 20 for the removal of my set and 45 for the new set. After i got my nails done within an hour so very quick, another gentleman charged me £75 and I said “the other man said it would cost me £65” he responded with “it’s only £10 more”. My mistake for not checking the price for removal beforehand but I assumed it would be similar to nearby salons. However, they charge £20 for acrylic nail removal. I would understand the cost if it included a more careful and thorough process (like using foil wraps with acetone and finishing with a manicure), but instead, they use abrasive electric tools and a quick acetone soak, no manicure or cuticle care.
