My mistake for not checking the price for removal beforehand but I assumed it would be similar to nearby salons. However, they charge £20 for acrylic nail removal. I would understand the cost if it included a more careful and thorough process (like using foil wraps with acetone and finishing with a manicure), but instead, they use abrasive electric tools and a quick acetone soak, no manicure or cuticle care. Came here for a pedicure (no polish), Jessica was so lovely, friendly and efficient!! I was in a rush to go work and she still took the time to give me a very relaxing pedicure! I can’t wait to visit again soon!!

Advised on best practice to remove my daughters nails when she needs to (first time ever having gel nails). I felt a bit rushed to choose shades as they were busy but they were still kind.
