Love my BIAB manicure, such a lovely experience and will definitely be back!
Absolute best nail experience I’ve had in my life! I am just obsessed with my nails, they’re perfect. But more importantly Lauryn is an incredible person, so kind, genuine, and easy to talk to. Went with a friend and we had the best time, she’s equally obsessed with her nails. The hand cream at the end also smelled like heaven. One of my nails broke off and Lauryn offered to help fix it and was quickly available to help. Will be back often!

I booked the luxury manicure, which was advertised as a 2-hour service on the website, but it only lasted about an hour. The description mentioned a nail soak and scrub, neither of which were included. The nails were also disappointing, bulky and a few are uneven. Most concerning, however, was the hygiene practice: the tools were only wiped and not properly sanitized with barbicide.
Lauryn is really good and so patient and lovely. Would totally return
