Management do not listen. I have cancelled work to have a new kitchen fitted and they have postponed the job twice at very short notice. I am now living out of boxes and have to wait another two weeks. That's my easter and school holiday plans ruined. Don't take on contracts that you can't complete. 3rd date was a no show. They don't answer phones or reply to message. I have someone else fitting my kitchen now. Avoid these people!
Bunch of clowns,nothing wrong with the tradesmen,but management couldn't organise a booze up in a brewery,had damage to roof back in Oct during storms resulting in water running down electrics in bathroom, electrician came and rightly disconnected supply to bathroom,since then I've had endless txt at 7am sending different workmen out to do various jobs all out of sequence so therefore couldn't be done,meanwhile water still running into bathroom ceiling,fast forward to 7am New year's day another txt to say they coming out on ... read more
