LBL came to carry out a repair on our roof. They arrived exactly when they said they would, grafted the whole day, flat out, and finished it all without complaint. There’s always a worry with these things that hidden extras will pop up but it was all well set out in the invoice and just as described. We genuinely cannot fault their work as it is spotless and the professionalism was second to none. It was a pleasure working with Luke and Hannah on the full re-roofing of my house in the BL4 area in January 2026. I got 3 quotes for fascias, soffits and guttering from roofing companies I found on Checkatrade, all with 5 star ratings. Luke from LBL was the only person who measured my property, and provided his quote on headed business paper. The quote was also considerably lower (by thousands) than the other two. Needless to say I asked LBL to go complete the work, which has transformed my property. The communication prior to and after the work was excellent.
