Room and shower was not clean. we requested make room the following day thinking the floor would be hoovered but there was bags of dust still left on the carpet. Fan provided by the hotel was dusty and not useable which was something required in this weather. Service provided by the hotel was poor especially at breakfast time where we was left to fend for ourselves to make our own tea and make do with that and not offered anything from the hot breakfast which was advertised. website mentioned parking at hotel. Really friendly and relaxed staff. Pre-booked parking space was great and I had a mobility scooter for exploring Llandudno, they offered to carry it in and charge if I needed it after sightseeing - nice friendly touch. There is a bar which is useful for pre-post activity drinks. Room was great but the breakfast was totally amazing, top quality. Really happy and we will return for sure.
Customer service is second to none, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms ok no lift makes it difficult there are cheaper hotels with a lift but they lacked customer service. We enjoyed our stay
