Went in with some jewellery to sell, the lady there was lovely amd offered me a certain amount and i wanted to think about it, went back 2 days later and a man was in the shop, I explained to him I had been in and spoken to the lady who offered me a price and was it still avaliable, he was really rude and told me I should have took the offer when I had the chance, he made me feel horrid, went back next day as he said woman would be in who I spoke to before and again she was very friendly and gave me a even better price than ... read more
Lovely staff! Helped me choose the perfect neck chain for my Husband at Christmas. Recently repaired my glasses for free after the screw loosened and the a side arm came undone...for FREE! So very kind of the young gentleman to do this for me 😊Took my Gold watch in for a battery replacement a few days ago, and it was ready to collect within 20 minutes! You don't get personal care like this online shopping...Shopping local has never been so important, and I will continue to do so 😊😊
Went in a couple weeks ago with 2 rings, was told ones gold and the others silver by the female sales assistant. Went back in today to sell and been told the 'silver' one is plated metal they don't want it.
I Went into the shop today as I was getting iteration from my engagement ring (I’ve had for 4 years) so I knew I wasn’t allergic and the size wasn’t the issue. The salesman helped investigate the issue and we decided a clean would be best to make sure no debris was inside the ring. They was wonderful and helpful and the service I was given was brilliant!
