Mark Reed Jr. 1 min · .. I recently entered the hospital for a toe amputation due to diabetes. I was placed in ward 3.6. I was only there for a few days, but the nurses were incredibly helpful and attentive. I would like to thank, in no particular order, Nina, Sam(antha), Nicole, June, Irene, Taylor, Judy & Judy, Liza, Christina, and Jen. My apologies if I left anyone off the list. Thanks gang. My brother was admitted there yesterday and I went to visit him today. The lack of parking was a joke. Not only was half the visitors parking lot taped off so it couldn't be accessed but the garage was also full with long rows of spaces with cones that also didn't allow access. I parked on the street about a block away and walked in. I found this to be unnecessary given all the available space but it was a nice day so I didn't complain. Hate going to any hospital but when i have 2 go don't mind going there every one is so nice & conciderate
Excellent care today! No long waits! I had two sonograms and had 2 two techs working together to help the tests go a little faster. Everyone was professional, courteous, and pleasant!
This hospital is the worst! I was here with my daughter who had just turned 1 for an upper respiratory infection back in February. We arrived at the hospital around noon. They literally shoved us into a back room used for storage that had a bed in it after triage and forgot about is for hours. Once they came in the nurses and doctors did not provide any details and just ran tests. A few hours went by and a doctor comes in and tells us my daughter has to be admitted. FOR WHAT!? I ask. My idea of fun was not going to the hospital on Christmas, but I had extreme back pain. I expected the long wait, but did not appreciate the I don't care attitude of my doctor. He came in (stayed less than 5 min), I gave him my symptoms, pulled both legs up and said it sounded like a herniated disc, then orders an x-ray, which didn't show much because he knew dam well, he should of ordered an MRI.
