ER staff lacks compassion for patients. In pain with over a 5.5 hour wait time after having blood drawn to never be seen. They also would not give us the bloodwork to bring somewhere else.

when I had my son 24 years ago the nurse threw a rocking chair at me. she wanted it for her c section patient. I wouldn't get up I was rocking my new baby. I kept my baby with me I was so scared she would hurt him. I wrote about it when it happened. no one ever contacted me.

It’s a great hospital, small but charming and the staff is very friendly
Occupational health clinic for a probable broken finger. Their web ad says in and out, in under an hour. Yeah right; been in a room for nearly two hours! I understand triage and all that; but really, two hours and no one even peeking to see if I’m still alive!! Totally unacceptable bullshit!!
