I was in the er yesterday 16 weeks pregnant with the stomach flu really bad and they made me wait 6 hours in the waiting room and were doing people's vitals in the waiting room in front of other patients, which I believe is a HIPAA violation. when I finally got called back for treatment they wanted to give me a nausea medication that was not pregnancy safe, I had to ask for something else. Total wait time almost 10 hours to be seen The wait time they don't take you seriously the er drs just push you off to specialist like it's not their problem and they discriminate if you have Medicaid if you have a private insurance you get amazing care everything full extent. Medicaid you get told your imagining it or it's acid reflux when it's not and they don't do further testing like ct scan or a mri but if I was someone else with private insurance I would get every test done also they take people with bruises and cuts a... read more

They thought I was impaired so they let me go. so the Pequot supervisor. let me go and put me on Ortho. had to do med pass with instructor and she found I was incompetent. Next day I was there in am and nurse manager took me aside and told me to leave.I was devastated.Signed up for medical and medical with smaller income.

RecommendedI had a baby on Feb. 10th & I REALLY need to express my gratitude to two of the ladies that helped in my son's delivery. Their names were Christine & Tiffany. They were beyond amazing. They made me feel so comfortable, safe, & like i was with family. I got the impression that they genuinely cared about me & my son and i couldn't have asked for anything better. I hope there is some way they can get some recognition for all they did. & i pray every women delivering gets to have the same experience I did. Not all the staff had ... read more

RecommendedJust had my baby boy a week ago, the care that they give you here is amazing. Five years ago , I had my other son here and loved my stay at the hospital. That is why this time I drove an hour just to have my son here again.
