RecommendedWe had to make a visit today because one of my sons were sick and they were so amazing. Caitlyn was our PA and she was so sweet and kind and helpful. The nurses were AMAZING!!! They were all so kind and so sweet and helped the experience be so positive for both of my kids! thank you all so very very much for being so wonderful to our family!!!
So I don't know how staff treats folk as a rule, fortunately I'm fairly healthy. I did have to bring my mom in for a shot, and I am super offended that the office folk at same day surgery proudly display their racism and nazism via Fox news on the tv. While I understand you may have to wait to be seen, after you're put in a room & your lacerated finger is opened up & "cleaned", don't leave you sitting for 30 minutes while your hand openly bleeds while you go discharge another patient that could have waited for 10 more minutes while you put three little sutures in.

Although my experience with the ER doctor, surgeon, and hospital staff in general was good, my experience in the waiting room was not. I had come directly from Go-Health Urgent care in New London with all the signs of acute appendicitis. I checked in at 3:40pm and waited 5 hours to be seen . I repeatedly asked for assistance to speed up the process but was told I had to wait my turn. I’m hoping the triage process in the future will change to accommodate acute suffering so no one else has to go through what I did.
