Absolutely awful. Our last visit (several months ago) was so bad that it resulted in an unnecessary admission after nearly bleeding to death in the ED. It’s the only hospital where you literally have to prompt the staff to do their jobs and then they get mad at you. Things were so bad that I filed complaints with three regulatory agencies and the joint commission. RecommendedMany great experiences with Greenwich hospital. Overall, the ER, their triage, blood lab, nuclear dept, pediatrics are ALL great. They also have terrific restaurants and a nice shop. Great Dr’s and employees in the entire hospital!

Treat people in the Emergency Room better!
RecommendedAmazing hospital. Walking in felt like a luxury hotel; so clean, warm and inviting. The employees are exceptional and take pride in their work. I could tell the work culture is great. Bernadette was my nurse and she is a gem ⭐️ The quality robes are equipped with a heating system that keeps you warm. I loved it so much I would have stayed longer 😆 Thank you Greenwich for making a difficult time for me pass like a breeze 💋
A lab worker had my husband hold my 1year old down screaming when he had to get his blood drawn. I understand babies cry but when another lab worker told her here let me help she refused and said . “I did it once I can do it again’ very unprofessional
