RecommendedThe staff are great except they don't communicate properly. I've been in a room with a woman who, even by staff admission, is very loud. she sits on her phone, on speaker from 4am on, has visitors that are so loud, I literally had to yell for my visitor to hear me over them. I've been polite, asked them to please speak to my roommate, instead, even her staff come in and join in the rambunctious and loud behavior.

If you are looking for any type of help in terms of mental health I do not advise coming to their group therapy program nor their inpatient program at the Pond House. The counselors here are completely negligent and refuse to acknowledge what type of people they are there to treat. We’re talking people with bipolar, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, etc. It’s been made very clear to me that if you show any sort of negative emotion, they have no problem kicking you out. The nurses are wonderful. They are so kind and caring with all patient
I find all the staff to be courteous and kind.
I was in there when I'm for 14 days and the AIDS in the staff was unbelievable I've also read lava is in there and they are so compassion to me special aid Erica above and beyond she was fantastic she's my age I was on the third floor stay with me patience to wait on but she stayed she did a job what's the most I can say
the nurses in ICU are the best!!
I just had a liver procedure there and everyone was fabulous they were so nice and caring
fast friendly clean but need new paint looks depressing needs colors on walls so people can feel better colors help peoples mood.
