RecommendedI want to start by saying that I love the Lawrence Landing Community. It is in a great location, the area is safe and the community is fun and friendly. The staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs. They are quick to attend to any problems that arise. Also, the grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly workers. In my opinion, this is the perfect place to call home.
I have been living at Lawerence landing since January the complex is always well kept by maintenance. My neighbors are quiet and very nice. The office staff are very helpful with any questions I may have. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

So sad to say that I will be leaving but my time here has been wonderful. I have had no problems with my apartment since I have been here and the maintenance staff is very good and polite when they are needed. The office staff is also very helpful and always there when you need them. Ms. Dee is an angel and makes sure you have whatever you need! Lawrence Landing gets 5 stars from me!!!!

I️ have lived in Lawrence Landing for a couple of months and I️ love I️t! The Apartments are up to date, clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It’s a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The lighting is good for late night walkers or joggers. If you are looking for a nice Apartment check us out!
This is my 2nd yr living here and I absolutely love them including the staff... i appreciate every bit of help they had given me especially on my rent that means a lot to me cause most wouldn’t y’all deserve more then just a 5 star y’all deserve a 100 �......
Good staff, very comfortable relaxing and beautiful they have the most beautiful or lobby I've ever seen at a apartment and it is quite & reserved. Nice place to live!!!!
