The staff is the most helpful of any other property that I dealt with when I was apartment hunting. They are also very hospitable. The price for their two bedroom is the most affordable of any other complex we looked at. They really have a beautiful complex with a well kept office and clubhouse. I may have just moved in, but service, assistance, and my new home have been the best I have seen in the Indianapolis area, and I looked at a lot of places! I moved in Lawrence Landing when it was still Mallard Cove. Lived there for 14 years, left and moved to house. At 61 years old, couldn't deal with the Disrespectful Neighbors. When reporting what was going on. and was told it's my word against theirs, I finally called the Corporate office. Problem solved for 6 months, when the illegal started back up it was time to move on.
I visited this property last year and really enjoyed it... With 2 weeks to relocate here from the east coast, I contacted the property and had such a pleasant and seamless transition into my new home! Thank you Ms.D and TyLea for all your help!
Lawrence Landing has been good to me.Its quiet and peaceful. My Apartment is perfect for me. You can take a walk without feeling afraid that someone is going to rob you. Good lighting. I️ recommend Lawrence Landing to anyone looking for a new home.

An affordable apartment this close to downtown and close enough to the north side of Indianapolis is hard to come by! My career brought me here to Indianapolis almost two years ago but a year ago moved me to a store in Edinburgh! It’s a long drive but I have stayed here at Lawrence Landing because relocating would be too expensive! We’re lucky to live on a beautiful property and have such an amazing experience here.
