Lawrence landing the place I call home. Where the staff are friendly and courteous. I enjoyed the quite and peace view of the lake. My stay at Lawrence Landing have been amazing. I feel my complex is family orientated. The apartments are Spacious, and as long as I stay in a apartment Lawrence Landing will be my choice of residence.
I was robbed in these apartments when I stayed there I let them know what happened they didn't care they wanted they rent money still
I've lived here a little over 10 months now, very safe place to live. the grounds are kept clean, as well as the fitness room and swimming pool.
RecommendedI’ve been here for five years, and absolutely love it! Maintenance always come in a timely manner, the grounds are picked up every morning around 7am, and the amenities are awesome! I personally love the fitness room, especially since they’ve upgraded the equipment! I would honestly recommend to anyone because the property manager is the bomb! Dee you’re amazing and I appreciate for making my time here a pleasure!

I've lived here since it was Mallard Cove, and I am happy to say those days are long gone! Since Towne Properties took over, this place has changed for the better! The staff is awesome, maintenance requests are handled, dame day or within 24 business hours. No ducks/geese walking around leaving a mess, thanks to management hiring the geese police. This is a great place to call home!
I absolutely love living here! Its always well maintained & quiet. The office staff are the BEST!! always friendly, inviting, understanding & helpful! My kids love seeing & feeding the ducks in the pond.
RecommendedThe people that work here have such big hearts. They are very diligent on getting their residents moved in and very reasonable with rent and deposits. They create the apartment life to feel as if your home in a beautiful community. I love my welcome gift when i first moved in beautiful dish and glass set. I would most definitely recommend anyone to choose Lawrence Landings as your new place to call home.
RecommendedVery safe an quiet apartment complex. Friendly an really polite office staff, maintenance are really quick on repairs and very professional. Nice big clean exercise room to work out in. My kids also enjoy the park an swimming pool.
