We have lived here since 2012 and will be moving at the end of the month because we are moving back to Georgia . Any issues we had with in those years was immediately dealt with. I love D ! She's amazing ! Only issue is the kids in the streets in the summer which the complex has tried several times to address the issue. Not the apartment fault just bad parenting ! I'm going to miss this place �
Great complex! Excellent experience in general. Also have a wonderful maintenance team, and very safe place to live.
The ladies in the office are AWESOME! Very polite and always willing to work with you (believe me they've worked with me on many occasions). The maintenance crew is awesome, if they don't come to fix the problem the same day, you can guarantee they will be there the next day, it's so much better here now then in the past before the renovations. I'm proud to live here now and the awesome staff in the office and the quick work from the maintenance crew is what keeps me here.
Lawrence Landing is a great place to call home. Maintenance and staff are great to work with. Apartments are spacious and landscaping is kept clean. Love it!
I moved in about a month ago and so far it is great! The everyone in the leasing office is super helpful and welcoming! They are always cheerful when I come into the office, and it is nice that they remember me every time. It is a good community, and the apartments are nice and very spacious. I also love that I can never hear my neighbors through the walls! Overall, I would definitely recommend living here.
I like the newly renovated apartment but the parking situation can be bad at times. There's been times when I couldn't park in front of my own building which is a hassle especially if you have items that you need to carry in.
