We have had Lawn Doctor for many years. A great company and Ryan their service technician is the best. He discovered a very wet spot in the far corner of our lawn and notified us. Turns out the shut off value on our water line was leaking. We never would have known had it not been for Ryan sounding the alarm.
I have been very pleased with the services I receive from Lawn Doctor. My lawn is weed free and looks great all year. They are always very polite and explain what process they will be doing on my lawn. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor. I like receiving an email letting me know when you will be coming out. Thank you for the great service you provide.
Their customer service is excellent. From the top to all associates, it is refreshing to have a company put their customer first. Paul their technician was very helpful and detail focused.
Before using Lawn Doctor my yard was a travesty. No, really it was. Within 2 years of having their service I’ve now won “Best Lawn Award” in my neighborhood. To top it all off, I called them when a construction crew installing fiber in our neighborhood dug up my grass in large areas and just flipped some dirt on it and called it a day. Lawn Doctor came out the very next morning to put down grass seed and clean up as much as they could. I love this Company !
