Overall, I did not have a good experience with Lawn Dr, mainly due to the service quality and lack of responsiveness. In a few areas, our lawn condition actually got worse, and when I reached out for help, I couldn’t get a clear or helpful answer from the company. The last technician who came out did a good job and was professional. He even mentioned that it was possible the previous technicians hadn’t sprayed properly, which was frustrating to hear after watching the lawn decline and paying significant cost. I have used Lawn Doctor for several years recently and have been very pleased with their service. Before that I had used Lawn Doctor for many years but was tempted by a lower quote from another lawn company. I switched companies and it did not take me long to realize my mistake. After that disappointment I went back to Lawn Doctor and have stayed with them.
