What an amazing escape. Loved the quirky shape of the tree house, it was big inside and had everything you need for a home from home stay in the trees. So cosy for an autumn weekend. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, and of course the slide! Would love to return
We stayed in the Apple Tree House for 4 nights during the October half term. We enjoyed our stay as it was peaceful, comfortable and cosy but I would describe it as lovely rather than luxury. There were lots of visible signs of wear and tear inside the property (for example, holes in the walls, curtains hanging off the hooks, a broken blind pull cord and what looked like a green felt tip stain on the wood floor in the kitchen) and outside, the hot tub cover had perished in various places. Cherry tree farmhouse. Stayed here last week, the house is beautiful but has a few health and safety issues, the pool table is ripped, so doesn't look like the pic, no hot water for baths for 3 days whilst I was there and the swimming pool is strictly controlled with times which if your waiting in for the plummer to fix hot water you miss your sessions. Owner was not responsive, she sent plumber but didn't check after that to update or see if everything ok. nor message to say sorry for 3 days you couldn't use baths. The show... read more
