BUYER BEWARE! Houses look beautiful but no end of problems. Initially when we moved in over 2 years ago now we had minor issues such as a leak which was resolved. Then covid hit and we struggled to get ANY response. I saw my house back in March 2021. Nothing was too much trouble for Luis. I reserved a house in May and unfortunately my own sale fell through in September. I still wanted my Laurus home and they were so patient with me even though my sale had fallen through. Luckily I sold my own property again and eventually moved in December 2021. (Earlsbrook) House wasn’t cleaned when handed over to us, kitchen cabinets dented, dishwasher leaking, walls not straight, garden not finished, driveway floods in heavy rain and all floors they fitted are damaged. There are more problems, some houses on estate are of good quality, others are terrible like ours. Would not buy with them again. Very poor quality Only had an apology once of the sales advisor Luis who is great, but he can’t do much after you buy! Builders are always polite on site especially the FLT drivers!
