We had an excellent time here. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us. We can’t wait to go back again!
Had the pleasure to stay here over the weekend and literally everything was perfect. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms were cosy and clean. Location was perfect. Even with poor weather I managed to enjoy the stay. I will definitely be returning over the summer.
Perfect hotel in perfect location in Llandudno. Close to all attractions, restaurants and sea. Very clean. Comfy beds.
Great Hospitality in the Perfect Spot We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it very convenient to get around. The breakfast was not only delicious but also offered a great variety of choices. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and we would like to extend our special thanks to Ms. Suzanne (waitress) for her exceptional service, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Room is clean, but very tired - as is the rest of the hotel. The photos on Booking.com don't show this; it needs some investment. Breakfast is good and staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is fabulous.
