Pure bliss! Lauren created the most perfect mixture of rest, regeneration and learning to make us all feel completely whole and renewed at the end of the week. I arrived slightly nervous to be alone and left with 17 new friends and some wonderful shared memories. Thoroughly recommend this retreat, it was absolutely worth every penny!
Lauren is not just a yoga teacher - she is a story teller that transports you and can bring yoga principles and mythology to a modern day practice. Her bright and sunshine personality radiates throughout the class making her approachable and the classes accessible for beginners and experts alike. She has variety in every class and has built a community that come together and support each other. I could not be more grateful for finding her and these classes
Absolutely 5 star. Lauren’s classes are so varied and she brings a positive feel to each of them. My hour a week is a special time for me where I can just switch off and have ‘My time’. I come away feeling refreshed and happy. Thank you Lauren for always making me feel great, however rubbish I may be 🥰
I love Lauren's classes because she is a wealth of interesting yoga and philosophy knowledge which she weaves into classes . Her teaching is fun and inclusive and the classes are light hearted . She really is a great teacher .
