Stylist made an absolute mess of cut, uneven layers. Contacted them 6 times over a week asking politely for my hair to be put right and was ignored until I asked for a refund. Refunded small amount despite explaining I had got to go to another salon for them to put my hair right. This is following me booking an appointment to turn up and no one was there... they did book me in the next day in that occasion.
