Laura created a beautifully intricate lavender designed based on images I had given her to go on a heirloom signet ring. The engraving was so crisps and looks amazing. We also asked for a bespoke detail to be engraved in the back of the face of the ring which was Laura was more than happy to do. The service was fantastic and made making the purchase seem less. Thank you.
I received help from Laura regarding an engagement ring I was sorting for my partner. Bought a couple of pieces from here before and use to really love the designs and styles but I had a custom necklace made and the chain broke THREE times. Yes THREE! And each time they charged me a price to get a new one £90. In hindsight I should have complained. Why is it breaking so often? Crazy. Not worth the prices they are charging also, especially the diamond or plated jewellery.
