What a wonderful place! John and Alex made me feel so welcome. This is a small, friendly place that I felt totally comfortable in as a woman on my own - which is definitely not something you can say about every gym. I will be back next time I'm in the area!

John & Alex are the real deal. LHF Hub has the best community feel and you never feel out of your depth whether it's your first time in a gym or your 100th. The team are always there to help when needed, 100% get down there!

I have trained at most gyms around Launceston over the last 10 years. Never quite found the one for me. I got fed up of being made to feel unwelcome, being over charged for substandard PT’s with egos that outweigh their abilities, or being made to do a workout in a playground in all elements for insane money.
