I put my entire situation on the table knowing it wasn’t very good. They assured me that they can help, had me look at cars. Then when it came down to crunching numbers, I was told I need $4k and a co-signer. When I said that I didn’t have either, they all but kicked me out.
Since purchasing my vehicle from here all ive had is problems from having to sighn the lease 3 times to them saying we purchased the oil changes but them somehow we didnt to a fuel smell they keep saying they fixed only to pick the car up and it still smells like fuel. Read the reviews on this place before you purchase a vehicle i sure wish i would have!!! Also the service dept is horrible they will not update you, you will have to call and keep asking when your car will be done and thats if they are even trying to fix it.
This is was the worst experience i have ever had. This place should be shut down or replaced with all new staff. Every single guy working there was very inappropriate and perverted towards me. Worst service ever. I even heard a couple workers having a very disgusting,humiliating, and sexual conversation about “what they would do to me” with extremely vulgar and disgusting language. They are always helpful and professional. We've purchased two vehicles from them.
Could work on acknowledging customers more. Other than that, my visit and trouble was fix. Will definitely come back.
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Horrible! I recommend any car dealership but this one!! I've had to file formal grievances on several employees. They're all drugged up on the job, some even smelling like alcohol while speaking to you. They'll tell you whatever to buy the vehicle then not live up to anything they've promised. Go any where else but here!
Bad experience. I told the salesman that my credit was poor!!!!!! After all the paperwork they wanted $ 4,000 down payment!!!!! I have never had that happen to me before!!!!! A sad experience!!!!!!
Michael Reta, Jesse James Young, and Michael J. Hart treated us amazing, we've been to a lot of dealerships in the past 4 years and have never been treated so well. We got into a 2008 Jeep Liberty because of them and we are extreamly greatful!!!!
