Battery died on my 2017 vehicle. Warranty is only 36,000. Miles on this battery. I am just over the mileage. So now on my 2 year and 2 month old vehicle they want to charge me $331.05 for a battery. Warranties always seem to run out just when something goes wrong. Service dept. on lomas didn’t really seem to care. “Batteries die all the time.” Really?! For $331.05 I should have a battery that lasts more than 2 years.
Nothing but pure professionalism from the service crew. Josh did a great job of explaining issues and not pressuring any kind of sale/service. Not the fastest service I’ve had, but I’d rather a timing belt be installed correctly instead of quickly.

Ohm SW Hindai was exceptional to work with throughout the purchase process. My first visit for service went well, but never having been in for service I didn't know whether to wait in the car at the drop off or go inside to start the process. Turns out you go inside. Other than that things went great.
I have had so many issues with them ever since I bought my car. I went to go get my tire swapped out and he wanted me to pay for the replacement since it was their mistake and it should have been covered under my warranty. They should have never set me up for an appointment if they couldn’t replace my tire on the weekend. Not only that my engine blew in the warranty and they would not fix it with the recall it had!
