Would never recommend a business that flat out lies to customers getting their hopes up that they've been fully approved for a vehicle, having them transfer their insurance to the new car, just to then be told "sorry, even though we told you everything was good to go, it turns out that the bank didn't approve it on the terms we discussed.". Shady as hell!
Promises not kept. Horrible customer service. Rude workers. Was planning on visiting for a car, but will not after hearing about a friends experience
4 separate visits for a check engine light repair. Not kept informed during wait, not given estimate of repair time. Not a happy customer
Had fantastic service last week. Although a bit long I had many things done and the man assisting me checked in to let me know progress and highly recommend this dealership for service.
The only reason I would hesitate to write a glowing review is because I am afraid they will get too popular. But, I cannot tell a lie. The service department at Larry H Miller Southwest Hyundai is impeccable. If they say it’s going to take an hour, it takes an hour. If it’s going to take longer, they let you know, and Jose will give you a ride to work and then pick you up after. You can get three oil changes for 90 bucks and then they also wash the car. I can trust them to do only what is needed & not try to sell me something I don’t need.
Be advised the service techs begin thier workday at 0800. Website used to schedule a service appointment should mention the hours when technicians are available. The Service writers are all.very helpful and nice. Prices posted for common service items should scare people into taking auto mechanic certification classes
