I took my car in too get a new tire, my appt was at 12 didn't get done until 2pm, then they just threw my spare tire in the back without securing it where it goes. I also had a 15% off coupon they wouldn't let me use, they say the tire was already discounted, no where on the coupon does it state anything like that. Bad customer services in services department. Good way too lose your loyal customers.
They do a good job and get you out fast The only thing is you buy a new car from them and get the extra warranty that you pay heavily for and you only get 3 oil charges for it after what you pay for a new car they can do better than that.
