On a 6 month old Santa Fe had a tire blow out rapidly and needed help. Yes roadside assistance comes with the purchase of a new vehicle, but this can take some time on a busy day. After a 90 minute wait and no help I took a city bus to get to the dealership for help. The shuttle driver Jose was there and he volunteered to take me to the disabled car, and he even helped my wife and I change the spare.
