Great personnel; EVERYONE was pleasant and wanted to do business with us. Sonata Sport is a great car at a great price--just what we needed.
Slow and inefficient service department. I'll never bring my car here again!! This is my first time coming to this location. I usually go to the one on the west side, and they're really good. 2 hours+ for an oil change?!? Then you get excuses instead of results. First and last time here.
I went in to try out the new 2017 Tucson and had a very pleasant experience. The sales person Kale was well prepared and helped my husband I through the process. We purchased a Silver Hyundai and we are very pleased with our new SUV. I would recommend Southwest Hyundai to anyone interested in a new vehicle.
