I would give it 5 stars but they took forever to do everything the first visit we were there for 7 hours!!!! And ended up with no car! Luckily my salesman Joshua Frazer was really helpful and actually really tried to help me out! I did get a car from them but when everything was finalized my expected monthly payments are higher than what they have told me. So now I have to go back there to talk to the finance people. Which mind you they take at least 2-3 hours to get to you.
Worst dealership and service to deal with, CEO, Corp HQ, Regional and service Dept here was terrible. Telling ALL my friends not to purchase anything from Larry H. Miller, or go there to have anything serviced. They sold me a car with a parasite and that could not fix. Car was DEAD after being told it was repaired after being in for service for one entire month. Service left bolts in the car on the floor wonder what did not get bolted back?
A salesperson and staff can make or break someones perception toward a company. My salesperson was Joshua Frazer. I appreciated Josh's attentiveness toward what I wanted in a car and acknowledgement of my budget. As a result I was able to find a car that I liked with a payment that met my budget parameters. If he is around when I decide to upgrade, I would for sure work with him.
