My salesperson , Jared, was pretty awesome! He was patient and did not give up on us when we remained firm on what our terms were! Thanks Jared! Also, we are pleased with Vincent, the finance guy who called us back when he found us a new lender with a better interest rate taking off 6 months off of our loan! Very pleased. Next to buy will be my son and daughter and niece!! Great customer service!!!
Just bought a new Tucson and had a great experience. I have bought a lot of new cars, but this experience was as smooth as it gets. From the data on true car, it appears that I got a great deal. Thanks to Nick the salesman, and Michael the finance guy. They were not high pressure at all, but answered all my questions and did the deal exactly the way I asked- no nasty surprises.
The experience buying a car from them was a hassle they do stuff without telling you. They also criticized me and my family for bugging or checking in too make sure everything is ready too go. I certainly dont appreciated at all, overall just don't like the pushy and condescending people who judge me and calling my family crazy who said too me Raymond Martinez. Thanks for the car i appreciated everything you done but work on doing business in a good way.
