I went to the dealership fully ready to buy a car, pre approved and already owning a Elantra. It could have been the easiest sale. The guy brings me in ask my name spells everything wrong and gets my number wrong. I asked him to bring me a blue Electra and he brings me a silver one, I said no I want to to see a blue one, he proceeded to tell me there was no blue ones on the lot and he could get me a great deal on this silver one.
